Dr. Brandon Pascual, PT, DPT
Performance Therapist
Runner's Knee Expert
Weightlifting Mobility Specialist
Dr. Brandon is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016. He specializes in helping active adults—people who still love group classes, weightlifting, and running—overcome chronic knee and back pain from past injuries. Unlike many providers who don't include these activities in therapy, Dr. Brandon incorporates running, plyometrics, and strength training into his programs early on. For runners, he doesn't stop them from running unless absolutely necessary, believing that staying active aids recovery. For weightlifters, he ensures they keep enjoying their gym workouts, adjusting exercises instead of cutting them out.

His approach mixes performance-based physical therapy with personal coaching. Dr. Brandon helps his patients understand their pain so they can get back to the activities they love. He focuses on education, lifestyle changes, and building a new way of thinking about exercise and recovery. He believes pain shouldn't stop you; it's something to understand and tackle head-on.
In 2011, he tore his ACL, MCL, and meniscus playing football. Since he wasn't aiming for college sports, surgery wasn't recommended. Traditional physical therapy didn't make him feel whole again. He took control of his recovery by focusing on getting stronger and more mobile. This path led him to explore different exercise programs and become a physical therapist himself. Now, his knee is stronger and healthier than ever, which fuels his passion to help others beat chronic knee issues without surgery.
Dr. Brandon has helped many people manage and overcome chronic knee and back pain. For runners, he brings actual running into therapy early, along with plyometrics and strength training, so they can get back on the road sooner. For weightlifters, he tweaks their routines so they can keep hitting the gym. He uses proven methods tailored to each person, standing out from others who might limit what you can do.
Always learning, Dr. Brandon takes courses and attends seminars to make sure his patients get the best care possible. His dedication leads to successful recoveries and lasting results for those he helps.
Favorite Quote: "I'm still learning." — Michelangelo at age 87.
When he's not at work, Brandon enjoys strength training, CrossFit, and functional fitness. He loves cozy weekends with his girlfriend and their Bichon Frise, watching Clippers games, laughing at "Impractical Jokers," or diving into Marvel movies.

She is highly skilled in treating sports and orthopedic injuries, particularly among active individuals.
